If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund for the good or you can exchange it for another one. You have up to 30 days from the date you purchased the product to return it. All returned goods must be shipped “freight prepaid”. We do not provide “Return shipping label”.
Please do not send back any items without contacting us first to better assist you with your issue. We will provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in order to identify your package and process it faster.
To qualify for a full refund, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you that we received the item and the status of your refund process. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
