We have a unique policy on effortless lifetime warranty, which means that we cover any manufacture defect on any TruBlue backpack or accessory that you may have purchased. This policy does not include damaged items from tear and wear from the daily use.
To be eligible for a replacement, it’s pretty simple. Contact us by submitting a case on our website and provide the following information/details:
Once submitted we will process your replacement as soon as possible without any complex processes. This is what we call: Effortless Warranty.
Please do not send back any items to us without contacting us first to better assist you with your issue. If we need the item to be sent back to us we must provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in order to track the product and process it faster.
The expected delivery time for replacement items will vary base on which province you live at and if it remote or local location. Nonetheless, we are always working hard to deliver the items as soon as possible within a window of 2 to 6 business days.
