EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will be shipped out from our facility on the same day. After this time, all orders will be shipped out the following business day. Once the shipment has left our facility, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor where is your package.

The expected delivery time will vary based on your province of residence and if you live in a remote or local location. We work daily to deliver your orders in the fastest time. For the Expedited Shipment option, the delivery window is from 2 to 6 business days, and for Express Shipment option, the delivery window is from 1 to 3 business days.

Please check your tracking number frequently, since in case our courier provider attempted to deliver the package and you were not home, you will see the notification to pick it up at the nearest post office or arrange a new delivery attempt.

EFFORTLESS LIFETIME WARRANTY

We have a unique policy on effortless lifetime warranty, which means that we cover any manufacture defect on any TruBlue backpack or accessory that you may have purchased. This policy does not include damaged items from tear and wear from the daily use.

To be eligible for a replacement, it’s pretty simple. Contact us by submitting a case on our website and provide the following information/details:

• Tell us what happened (when did you notice the defect or what might have caused it, etc.)
• Submit pictures of the defects on your backpack or accessories

Once submitted we will process your replacement as soon as possible without any complex processes. This is what we call: Effortless Warranty.

Please do not send back any items to us without contacting us first to better assist you with your issue. If we need the item to be sent back to us we must provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in order to track the product and process it faster.

SHIPPING TIME FOR REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

The expected delivery time for replacement items will vary base on which province you live at and if it remote or local location. Nonetheless, we are always working hard to deliver the items as soon as possible within a window of 2 to 6 business days.
